Educating, motivating and inspiring people to find balance through a healthy approach to life.
I seem to have the need to help people through my own experiences. Getting injured playing sports in high school motivated me to go to college studying Sports Medicine. I picked the best college at the time for this and knew I would eventually work for the Detroit Red Wings. One of my required classes for the Sports Medicine program was Nutrition 101. I was hooked! I switched to Dietetics because I felt I could really relate to clients trying to obtain a healthy weight and an active lifestyle.
I found that there was too much misinformation out there regarding healthy eating and safe weight management, and wanted to not only focus on the sound advice for myself, but also for others out there. Then I realized it wasn’t just about diet and exercise. One needs to have a balance in mind and body to achieve a healthy self.
I started Forever Wellness to provide the education, motivation and inspiration for one to start a healthy and balanced life. I want to sift through the misinformation for you and bring you the simple and sound recommendations. Achieving a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be a terrible process to endure. A healthy lifestyle should be a positive, gradual and permanent journey. Let Forever Wellness help you along your journey to a happy and healthier self!
